The Color Red

Red has become my theme color lately. It started with my bike, Tiki. She is red, she is sporty, she is fast and she is just so sleek and cool, but that's a whole other post for another day. Anyway, I now have a red workout bag, I have a red workout jacket and even a red winter coat. I guess I need to be careful not to overdo it. :) Well, I kept up my theme color this week during our vacation. After my run yesterday I had a beet red face and even had some red chaffing. Then during my recovery, I got a red sunburn, refueled with a strawberry margarita, a strawberry smoothie and lots of salsa. I love the color red.
